Responsibilities
Call and follow up with prospective customers.
Explain real estate projects and answer customer queries.
Update lead details and follow-up status in CRM.
Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
Attend Zoom meetings, training sessions, and reporting activities.
Remain available during working hours; daily check-in and check-out will be monitored through Zoom.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Service.
Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
Android smartphone required.
