Hiring: Telecalling Recovery Agent

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Recovery Agent to join our team. The role involves handling outbound calls to customers regarding Loan / Credit Card recovery, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining professional communication with customers.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Day Shift
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Noida Sector 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan and credit card payments.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments and payment commitments.

• Convince customers to make timely payments through professional communication.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

• Update customer information and calling status in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.

• Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, loan recovery, or credit card collections.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.

• Basic computer knowledge and calling system experience.

• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week in the day shift.
