
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers, providing product information, generating leads, and supporting sales activities. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and schedule store visits or follow-ups.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up with customers regarding offers, promotions, or feedback.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
