Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Big Bucks India Pvt. Ltd. This role involves handling client calls, understanding customer requirements, conducting property presentations and site visits to get the prospects converted into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients

• Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and preferences

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits

• Convert qualified leads into successful bookings

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new inventory

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Real Estate / Telecalling preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Strong customer-handling abilities

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage

• Freshers with a strong interest in real estate sales can also apply
