**Telecalling Fundraiser (Work From Home)**
Bal Seva Foundation is inviting applications for the position of **Telecalling Fundraiser**. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating a positive social impact. As a Telecalling Fundraiser, you will connect with potential donors over phone calls, introduce them to the Foundation's mission, explain our ongoing initiatives for underprivileged children and communities, and encourage them to contribute towards meaningful causes such as education, nutrition, healthcare, and child welfare.
Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, explaining donation campaigns, addressing donor queries, maintaining accurate call records, following up with interested supporters, and building long-term relationships with donors. You will represent the Foundation professionally and help raise awareness about our work while achieving fundraising goals through ethical and effective communication.
Candidates should possess good communication skills, basic Hindi speaking ability, and a positive, confident attitude. A smartphone or laptop with a reliable internet connection is essential for this role. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in fundraising are welcome to apply. Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, fundraising, or customer relationship management will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
