Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential candidates, explain training programs, and drive enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in handling outbound calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/leads.

• Explain training programs, course details, and benefits.

• Generate interest and convert leads into enrollments.

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

• Address candidate queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain and update candidate records in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with the training and placement teams.

• Schedule counseling sessions and interviews.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Prepare call reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and basic English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Education Counseling, or Lead Generation.
