Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, accounts, billing, and technical issues.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues by following standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
Excellent written English communication.
Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy (45+ WPM preferred).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
