Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.

• Follow up with leads received through online and offline sources.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Explain property projects, locations, and basic investment details.

• Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits.

• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Update customer and lead information and maintain proper follow-up records.

• Work towards achieving calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Candidates from any professional background with good communication skills are welcome.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships with clients.
