Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about financial products
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to finance services
Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of products (loans, insurance, etc.)
Generate and maintain leads and follow-ups
Maintain customer database and update call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and Collection targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Fluency in local language + Hindi/English
