Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Tamil Voice Process
Location: Alwarpet, Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our Tamil Inbound Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle incoming customer calls, understand their queries, and provide appropriate resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and assist customers with their queries.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and resolutions.

• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.

• Record customer interactions and update details in the system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and timely support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

• Language: Good Tamil communication skills.

• Age Limit: Below 30 years.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Work Mode: Work From Office.

• Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Salary and Benefits

• Take-Home Salary: ₹15,000 per month.

• Shift: Rotational shifts.

• Week Off: Rotational.
