Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive seat sales for our coworking space. The candidate will be responsible for attracting business owners, startups, and professionals, and converting leads into clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling and lead generation
Identify and connect with business owners, freelancers, and startups
Explain coworking space offerings and benefits to prospects
Schedule and conduct site visits or virtual presentations
Convert leads into successful bookings/sales
Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and handling leads
Basic understanding of sales and client handling
Confident, proactive, and target-driven
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
Preferred:
Prior experience in coworking sales (optional but preferred)
