We are hiring Telecommunications Executives for an International Process. The role involves handling customer interactions primarily through chat support (70%) and voice support (30%). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and prior experience in chat and/or voice processes.
Handle customer queries and concerns via chat (70%) and voice calls (30%)
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to international customers
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Document customer interactions clearly and correctly
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Prior experience in international chat process is mandatory
Experience in voice process is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
Candidates with BPO/KPO international process experience
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
5 working days per week
Exposure to an international work environment
