Non-DRA Process (Customer Service Experience Required)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

DRA Process

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments, EMI reminders, and collection follow-ups.

• Communicate professionally with customers and explain payment obligations.

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate assistance related to collections.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Update customer information and call status in the CRM system.

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely repayments.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Build positive customer relationships while maintaining collection standards.

• Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department when necessary.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, banking regulations, and collection guidelines.

• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi

• Basic communication skills in English

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills
