We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to handle overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves contacting customers, following up on pending EMIs, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue personal and business loans.
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding payments.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations for account resolution.
Follow company collection procedures, policies, and quality standards.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and disputes professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Tele Collections, Collections, or Customer Service within the NBFC/BFSI industry.
Age: Below 30 years.
Languages: English and Hindi, or English and Two south languages, or English and Hindi and any One south language.
Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + attractive incentives.
