We are currently expanding our support operations and have multiple openings across our International Voice teams.

About the Role:

We are actively hiring versatile and experienced professionals for our International Voice processes. Depending on your background and expertise, you will be considered for one of two critical tracks: Customer Support Executive or Technical Support Representative (TSR - L1/L2).

Track 1: Customer Support Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, empathetic voice support to international clients.

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates.

Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure strict adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Track 2: Technical Support (TSR) Responsibilities

Provide robust L1/L2 remote technical voice support for international clients.

Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot client hardware and software issues.

Resolve complex technical queries over voice communication channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills (Both Roles):

Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in an International Voice process.

Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

For Technical Support: Tech troubleshooting skills, analytical abilities, and strong product adaptability.

Important Location Note: The primary work location for Project PSI will be Shivajinagar, Bangalore. Please note that all interviews, documentation processes, and initial induction will be conducted at our ITPL Bangalore facility.
