About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented professional to join our team as a Tally Sales & Support Executive. You will play a key role in selling TallyPrime / Tally ERP software solutions to small & medium businesses (SMEs), traders, manufacturers, and professionals, while also providing excellent post-sales support, implementation, and training to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Tally software sales through cold calling, telecalling, references, visiting local businesses (shops, offices, factories), networking, and digital channels
Conduct product demonstrations (online/offline) of TallyPrime / Tally ERP features, highlighting benefits like GST compliance, inventory management, payroll, accounting reports, etc.
Understand client business needs, recommend the right Tally edition (Silver, Gold, Silver with Add-ons, etc.), and prepare accurate quotations
Close sales deals, handle negotiations, process orders, and coordinate with Tally for licensing / activation
Provide end-to-end implementation support: Install Tally software at client sites, migrate data from old systems (Excel, other software), configure company data, and set up features as per client requirements
Offer ongoing technical and functional support: Resolve customer queries/issues related to Tally usage, troubleshooting errors, GST filing, report generation, backup/restore, updates, and customization
Train clients (business owners, accountants) on Tally operations through one-on-one sessions or group training
Maintain strong client relationships, follow up for renewals, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), upgrades, and upsell opportunities
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
Update CRM / lead records, prepare daily/weekly sales & support reports
