Position: Telecaller Executive
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Explain company services and products to customers
• Follow up with leads regularly
• Maintain customer communication records in CRM
• Convert leads into potential clients
• Coordinate with sales and support teams
• Generate daily call reports and updates
• Handle customer queries and provide proper information
• Maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Follow-up and convincing skills
• Team coordination ability
• CRM handling knowledge is an added advantage
Work Responsibilities:
• Daily lead follow-ups
• Customer data updates
• Appointment scheduling
• Lead status management
• Reporting to team manager
Preferred:
• Experience in telecalling/customer support/sales
• Hindi or regional language communication skills
