We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Suresh It Academy. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Education. The role offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming student calls
Make outbound calls to leads
Explain course details & fees
Maintain lead data (Excel/CRM)
Do regular follow-ups
Convert leads into admissions
Share class details & guide students
Promote courses & demo sessions
Submit daily call reports
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
