Tele calling

Job Summary :

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Outbound Calling Executives to support our NGO's fundraising and awareness campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential donors, existing supporters, and community members to share information about our initiatives, generate donations, and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing donors from provided databases.

• Explain the NGO's mission, programs, and impact to potential supporters.

• Encourage donations, memberships, and participation in campaigns and events.

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions in the CRM/database.

• Follow up with donors regarding pledges, donations, and campaign updates.

• Address donor queries professionally and provide relevant information.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and fundraising targets.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor communication guidelines.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telecalling, fundraising, customer service, or BPO processes is preferred.

• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Passion for social causes and community development.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in NGO fundraising campaigns, telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales processes.

• Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
