BASIC ELIGIBILITY

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Language: Good communication in English, Hindi and/or Gujarati

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp and data entry

• Communication: Good verbal communication, active listening and convincing skills

• Personal Skills: Confident, patient, positive attitude and ability to handle customer objections

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outbound Calling

• Make calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services, features and pricing.

• Generate customer interest and leads.

• Follow up with prospective customers.

2. Inbound Calling

• Attend incoming customer calls.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Handle basic queries and complaints professionally.

3. Customer & Data Management

• Maintain customer and call records.

• Update customer information and follow-up status.

• Maintain accurate data in the company's system/CRM.

4. Target & Follow-up

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling or sales targets.

• Follow the company's calling process and scripts.

• Regularly follow up with leads until closure or further action.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily calling and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with the Sales / Marketing / Customer Service team.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY

Freshers are welcome if they have:

• Good English communication

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confidence to speak with customers

• Willingness to learn and work with targets
