URGENT REQUIREMENT – Executive – Customer Service

Position: Executive – Customer Service
Location: Vadodara Branch
Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Makarpura Road, Manjalpur, Tarsali, Maneja, Vadsar & nearby areas will be preferred
Joining: Immediate

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

• Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Back Office, Administration, Coordination, Documentation or any industry will be preferred

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers and vendors through phone and email communication

• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses and updates

• Coordinate with Mumbai office for import clearance activities

• Coordinate with shipping lines and foreign agents for shipment status updates

• Maintain customer records, reports and status updates in MS Excel & Google Drive

• Prepare daily/weekly customer status reports and share updates with customers

• Maintain proper documentation, follow-ups and coordination records

• Ensure smooth communication between customers, vendors and internal teams

Required Skills:

✔ Good verbal and written communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Drive
✔ Customer handling and follow-up skills
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
✔ Good organizational and documentation skills
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Responsible and detail-oriented candidate

• Good coordination ability with customers and overseas/local partners

• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities
