Job Overview

BPO Convergence is seeking motivated and result-oriented Telecallers and Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, and driving sales across multiple processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Open Positions

• Telecaller – Voice Process

• Telecaller – Non-Voice Process

• Telecaller – International Process

• Sales Executive – Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers

• Explain products and services effectively to drive conversions

• Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the system

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates

• Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
