Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally 0-3 years in telecalling, sales, or immigration counseling (freshers are often welcomed).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 12th pass with relevant experience.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and often local languages (e.g., Punjabi/Hindi).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of immigration procedures and document processing.
Attributes: Strong persuasion skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
Salary Range
Typically ranges from ₹14,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
