Core Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up: Call prospective customers who have inquired about Royal Enfield bikes (via website, walk-ins, or ads), understand their requirements, and invite them for showroom visits or test rides. [1, 2]

• Customer Service & CRM: Contact existing customers for routine maintenance reminders (e.g., first/second free services), annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and bike breakdowns. [1, 2]

• Feedback Collection: Conduct post-service or post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. [1, 2]

• Campaign Promotions: Inform the rider community about new motorcycle launches, special edition models, gear, and upcoming accessories or events.

🛠️ Key Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum +2 Pass; a Bachelor’s degree (Any Degree) is often preferred.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English, Tamil, and basic Hindi/Malayalam depending on the region.

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years) are usually hired.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Salary Range: Typically ₹13,000 to ₹21,000 per month (varies based on experience, location, and interview performance).
