Hiring: Telecaller – Loan Recovery & Collection (DSA)
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Loan Recovery & Collection Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive customer interactions while achieving assigned recovery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan repayments.
• Follow up on pending EMIs and negotiate repayment commitments.
• Explain outstanding dues, payment options, and collection procedures to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account status and case resolution.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in Loan Recovery, Collections, Banking, Finance, or DSA will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 13000- 20000 (Fixed)+ Incentives
