HIRING | INTERNATIONAL CHAT SUPPORT

Basic Details

Location: Sector 75, Mohali, Punjab | WFO
Salary: ₹33,000 CTC | Approx. ₹27,000 Take-Home
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: Rotational / Night Shifts
Shift Duration: 10 Hours (9 Hours Work + 1 Hour Break)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility

  • Graduates can apply.

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.

  • Excellent English communication and writing skills required.

  • Good grammatical accuracy is essential.

  • Candidates should be comfortable working rotational and night shifts.

  • Candidates pursuing a regular course are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer queries through chat.

  • Resolve customer concerns with accurate and effective solutions.

  • Assist customers with basic web hosting and domain-related queries.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hosting and domains.
