Technical Support Executive

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an international email-based technical support process. The role requires candidates to assist customers with technical issues primarily through written communication.

Candidates should have strong written English, good troubleshooting ability, and the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer technical queries through email.

• Understand technical issues based on the information provided by customers.

• Diagnose basic technical problems and provide appropriate troubleshooting steps.

• Communicate solutions clearly through written responses.

• Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and knowledge-base documentation.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team.

• Maintain accurate case notes and customer information.

• Ensure responses are grammatically correct, professional, and easy to understand.

• Meet defined email response, quality, productivity, and resolution targets.

• Maintain customer satisfaction while handling technical concerns.

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of BPO/customer support experience required.

• Candidates with international customer service or technical support experience will be preferred.

• Strong written and verbal English communication required.

• Communication requirement: B1H/B2.

• Candidates should have good typing speed and written communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Compensation

• Experienced Candidates: ₹29,500 In-Hand/month
