Job Opening:
Role: Technical Support Executive (Voice Process)
Experience: Fresher
Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Language Requirement: English (Mandatory)
Any one of the following regional languages is mandatory:
•)Hindi
•)Kannada
•)Telugu
•)Malayalam
Shift: Rotational Shift (Changes every 15 days)
Shift Timings:
•) 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
•) 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(For female employees: You may leave the office at 8:00 PM and continue working from home until 11:00 PM.)
•) 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
(Night shift is Work From Home for female employees only.)
Job Responsibilities:
•) Handle customer calls through the voice process.
•)Receive customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
•)Troubleshoot basic customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
•)Maintain professional communication with customers.
Training:
Freshers are welcome.
Complete training will be provided before handling live customer calls.
