Job Overview
We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a US Technical Voice Process. The role involves providing end-to-end technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective resolutions to US customers while maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle US customers via technical voice support
Troubleshoot issues related to printer, router, Windows, and macOS
Provide step-by-step technical guidance
Resolve issues using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or UltraViewer
Maintain accurate case documentation and updates
Ensure SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1–3 years in International US Technical Voice Process (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Strong technical troubleshooting experience required
Comfortable with night shift without cab facility

Salary Structure
In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Deduction: ₹200 only (statutory tax deduction)
Work Details
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
