Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Camera & Streaming Support

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with good knowledge of camera settings panels, OBS Studio configuration, and microphone/audio settings. The candidate will assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting video recording, live streaming, and audio configurations, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, chat, or email regarding camera, microphone, and streaming setup.
Guide customers in configuring camera settings panels such as resolution, frame rate (FPS), white balance, exposure, and focus.
Assist customers with OBS Studio setup, including scenes, sources, streaming configuration, and encoder settings.
Help customers configure microphone and audio settings such as input devices, noise suppression, gain, and audio monitoring.
Troubleshoot issues such as audio/video sync problems, microphone detection issues, and camera connectivity errors.
Support customers in setting up live streaming on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, or other streaming platforms using OBS.
Provide step-by-step guidance for recording and live streaming setups.
Maintain proper records of customer queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
Escalate complex technical issues to the technical support or development team when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic to good knowledge of camera settings and camera control panels.
Hands-on experience with OBS Studio setup and configuration.
Understanding of microphone settings, audio inputs, noise suppression, and audio levels.
Basic knowledge of live streaming workflows.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Graduate in IT, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in technical support, streaming setup, or video/audio equipment support is an advantage.
