Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Handle the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process from request to closure.
Coordinate with customers, service engineers, and internal teams for service updates.
Prepare and maintain service reports, invoices, and records in Tally.
Track material movement, repair status, and warranty details.
Prepare quotations, service entries, and other service-related documentation.
Maintain inventory and service records accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding pending approvals and service completion.
Generate reports and ensure accurate data management.
Support billing and other administrative activities related to service operations.
Requirements
Tally knowledge is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in RMA, Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Admin Operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain proper documentation.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in CCTV, Security Systems, Electronics, or Technical Service industries will be preferred.
