Job Title: Skip Tracing Agent – Collections
Company: Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 57, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹24,000–₹35,000 per month (In-Hand)
Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Job Responsibilities:
- Search and locate customers using databases, skip tracing tools, and social media platforms.
- Find and verify updated customer contact details and available address information.
- Provide accurate customer leads to the collections team.
- Assist the team in customer tracing and follow-up activities.
- Maintain daily reports and update records accurately.
- Handle confidential customer information responsibly.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in skip tracing or collections.
- Good research and data verification skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
