📌 Job Title: Telecaller

📍 Location:A-100 Sector -4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station -16)

🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to join our NGO team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers to promote our social initiatives, generate donations, and build long-term relationships.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and existing supporters.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact clearly and confidently.

• Request donations and encourage recurring contributions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor information in CRM/software.

• Follow up with interested donors via calls, WhatsApp, or email.

• Handle objections and respond to queries professionally.

• Meet daily/weekly fundraising targets.

• Build and maintain strong donor relationships.

• Coordinate with the fundraising and marketing teams.

🎓 Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass

• 0–2 years experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and passion for social causes.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

💼 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in NGO fundraising will be an advantage.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to work with targets.

• Good listening and empathy skills.
