## About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Counsellor to guide prospective clients, understand their legal concerns, and help them choose the appropriate legal services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and convert enquiries into clients.

## Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective clients regarding legal services offered by the firm.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal solutions.

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally.

• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with advocates and other departments for smooth client onboarding.

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.

• Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Mentor junior counsellors and support the team in achieving branch targets.

• Prepare daily and weekly counselling reports for management.

## Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counselling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

## Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 2–8 years of experience in counselling, client relationship management, sales, or business development.

Candidates around •25 years of age or above•• are preferred.

• Experience in the legal, education, healthcare, banking, or service industry is an added advantage.
