Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products or services, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Follow company communication guidelines and sales processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any Bachelor's degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
