Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and business partners.

• Drive sales and promote products and services.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

• Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.

Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred).

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Industry Preference:

FinTech, Banking, BFSI, Payments, Telecom, or Financial Services.
