Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT & Software Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting software products and IT services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT and software services.

• Promote software products, IT solutions, and digital services to potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective customers.

• Coordinate product demonstrations and explain software features to clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM/software.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/software sales or marketing is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

• Experience in B2C sales and software product promotion will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and marketing aptitude.

• Knowledge of IT services, software products, and digital solutions.

• Ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
