Position Title: Customer Service & Admintsration Assistant
Role Purpose: Support Managers and Office Manager with administrative tasks to keep them proactive rather than reactive
Key Responsibilities: Manage the support inbox under 10 emails daily, process pet applications, set up new creditors, and handle incoming client calls
Core Requirements: Background in office administration or customer service with minimum 2-3 years experience , advanced time-management skills, and a professional phone manner
Key Tools: Comfort with Word, Excel, Email, and will be trained in software and applications such as Monday.com
Career Stability: Strictly no employment breaks (Candidates must have continuous work history between jobs).
Primary Work Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai 600083 (Must reside within 5 Kms of Ashok Nagar office)
Mandatory Work Timings (6-day week):
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Includes 1-hour lunch break)
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
