We are looking for a Sales Executive- Real Estate to join our team at Big Bucks India Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Real Estate. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹90,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and lead sources.
Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and project details to potential buyers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with sales executives.
Follow up with interested customers to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work under target-oriented environments.
