Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude toward customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Explain company services to customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.

• Follow up with potential clients regularly.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.

• Experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
