Sales Executive

We are looking for a Project Executive to join our team at Well Mech Enterprises.

This role involves to Maintain all documentation related to Sales, Purchase, make Quotation, take quotation from suppliers or Market, Maintain employee salary records, maintain store material records etc.

And involve handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and cocerns related to Projects. The role offers ₹ 15,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Quotation as per drwaing and projects and send to Customers,
• Maintain all documentation for sales, purchase & material records for site & workshop
• Deals & Handle to suppliers & customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain salary & attendence records for employees.
• Address all related queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and minimum 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for all above responsibilities. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
