Roles & Responsibilities

1. Filter qualified leads through calls or WhatsApp from warm data.
2. Qualify prospects and understand their publishing, branding, and marketing requirements.
3. Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and consultation meetings.
4. Recommend suitable TS Publication packages based on client needs.
5. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
6. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close high-value sales.
7. Collect advance payments and coordinate documentation.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the complete sales pipeline.
9. Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure and project handover.
10. Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as Book Writing, Book Publishing, PR Articles, Podcasts, Media Coverage, and Book Marketing.
11. Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals1
