Job Title: Sales Executive – Packaging Industry
Location: Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (in Packaging Industry)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the packaging manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in packaging (corrugated, wooden, or flexible packaging).
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits.
Meet potential clients to understand their packaging requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new industries/segments for business expansion.
Provide feedback to management on market demands.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of packaging materials and processes
Strong sales and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging sales
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in corrugated boxes / wooden packaging / industrial packaging
Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas
Immediate joiners preferred
