1. Direct Margin Model (Commercials)

Your compensation operates under a Direct Margin Spread Model. You will function as an independent strategic partner, earning a fixed margin per successful subscription against the official MRP of ₹19,900 per month.

Loyalty Lock (High-Performer Advantage)

Partners who achieve 100 cumulative sales within the first 60 days will permanently lock the ₹5,000 profit margin per unit as their base rate for all future sales, irrespective of monthly volumes.

Settlement

All partner earnings are settled instantly upon successful verification of client payment through the official Blackbox Broking payment channel.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Network Monetization: Strategically introduce Blackbox Broking’s software to your HNI and active trader network.

• Brand Integrity: Represent the product strictly as a premium research and educational tool, maintaining the fixed MRP of ₹19,900.

• Acquisition Management: Manage the conversion journey from initial engagement or demo through to verified subscription.

3. Compliance & Ethical Mandate

As a Senior Growth Partner, you are a direct representative of the Blackbox Broking brand.

• Zero Tolerance for Mis-Selling: No guarantees of returns or account handling services are permitted.

• Mandatory Transparency: Clients must be informed that market participation involves risk.

• Price Protection: Any sale below the prescribed MRP will result in immediate termination of the partnership.

4. Candidate Qualifications & Eligibility

To qualify for this partnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Sales Background: Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles

• Market Knowledge: Working knowledge of the stock market, including equities, derivatives, NIFTY, and BANK NIFTY

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services, trading, broking, or related sales domain

• Professional Capability: Ability to communicate confidently with traders, investors, and HNIs

• Mindset: Self-driven, performance-oriented, and capable of working independently

5. Support & Infrastructure

Blackbox Broking will provide:

• Proprietary backend technology and systems

• SEBI-registered research insights

• Administrative and operational support

Your role is to focus exclusively on market penetration, relationship building, and scalable growth.
