Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting site visits, handling customer interactions, negotiating deals, and closing bookings. The role demands strong selling skills, market understanding, and the ability to guide clients through the entire purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.

⦁ Conduct site visits, provide project walk-throughs, and address client queries.

⦁ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units based on budget, preferences, and investment goals.

⦁ Negotiate pricing, offers, and terms within company guidelines.

⦁ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

⦁ Prepare and submit booking forms, KYC documentation, and payment schedules.

⦁ Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and referred clients.

⦁ Update CRM with accurate status of leads and closures.

⦁ Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

⦁ Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Relationship Manager teams for smooth processing.
