We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and promoting our IT services, training programs, and internship offerings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals
Pitch company services including IT solutions, web development, training, and internships
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospective clients and close deals
Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth sales execution
Prepare sales reports and performance updates
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles
Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or Google Sheets (preferred)
