कस्टमर सपोर्ट सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming wedding inquiries (calls, Instagram, website, referrals, venues).

• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements, budgets and vision.

• Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual & in-person).

• Prepare and present proposals,mood directions and costing with the planning team.

• Coordinate internally with planning & design teams

• Maintain lead tracker and CRM hygiene

• Close deals while protecting brand value (no unnecessary discounting)

• Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Venue & Hotel Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with new hotels, resorts and wedding venues.

• Regularly visit hotels and venues for networking and tie-ups.

• Identify potential venue partnerships for preferred planner listings.

• Maintain a database of hotel contacts (sales teams, banquet managers, GMs).

• Explore collaboration opportunities for:

  • Wedding packages

  • Joint marketing

  • Venue referrals

• Ensure Mulberry remains top-of-mind with venue partners.
  

Client Experience

• Ensure warm, prompt and luxury-level communication with all prospects.

• Guide clients through the planning process before handover to the execution team.

• Maintain relationships with clients even post booking for upselling functions.

Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with design, planning and production teams for accurate proposals.

• Share clear client briefs and expectations post conversion.

• Update team on confirmed events and pipeline status.
  

Data & Reporting

• Maintain CRM/lead tracker daily.

• Track source of leads (venue, social media, referral etc.).

• Share weekly sales report with management.

• Monitor conversion ratio and revenue generated.
