Lithion India | Part-Time | Remote | 3–7 Years Experience

Lithion India is building its business in Lithium Battery Cells, Battery Packs, BMS & ESS solutions and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey from the beginning.

What you'll get to do

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a ready-made sales pipeline.

You'll build it.

You'll use your industry network, relationships, market knowledge and sales expertise to:

- Identify and connect with potential B2B customers

- Generate and convert business opportunities

- Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, EV companies, distributors, integrators & industrial buyers

- Drive negotiations and close deals

- Help us discover new markets and customer segments

- Shape our sales strategy as we grow

Who we're looking for

Someone with 3–7 years of B2B sales/business development experience who:

- Has a strong network and knows how to leverage it

- Can open doors and create conversations with decision-makers

- Has a proven ability to generate business

- Is confident in negotiation and closing

- Thinks like a builder, not just an employee

- Can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Experience/network in EV, batteries, energy storage, electronics, automotive, industrial products or power solutions is a strong plus.
