Key Responsibilities
Handle documentation, quotations, billing, and data management
Understand company products and explain them to clients (training will be provided)
Coordinate with staff and vendors for materials and work requirements
Follow up for payments and order updates
Manage emails, calls, and client follow-ups
Maintain records and ensure proper data entry
