Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate support through calls, emails, and chat. The role requires resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via email and chat
Resolve customer complaints professionally and on time
Update and maintain customer details in CRM
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Coordinate with internal teams when required
